Jill has build a strong and loyal following for high-intensity classes and she runs our Sweat program. It's hard to believe, but she's also a grandmother!
Early in her life, she fell in love with the sport of gymnastics. Jill became a competitive gymnast where she learned the fundamentals of body awareness, strength development, flexibility, and coordination. (Fun fact: she can still do handstands!) Gymnastics also taught her mental toughness, time management, and nutritional values. Due to her involvement with gymnastics and love for working out at a young age, Jill decided to seek a career in the health and fitness industry. For over 25 years, she has been teaching spin, group strength classes, step, interval/circuit classes, and gymnastics. Jill is a strong believer in cross training and branching out to try new things. She is driven by helping people achieve their goals by motivation, encouragement, and pushing to get out of one’s comfort zone. Jill thoroughly loves what she does and looks forward to the opportunity to help anyone who wants to live a healthier lifestyle.
