Vero Strength + Conditioning's Sports Performance program is built specifically for teen athletes in Vero Beach. Whether your kid plays for a club team, competes year-round, or is gearing up for high school tryouts, we train the body behind the sport: explosive speed, functional strength, body control, and the movement quality that keeps them off the bench.
HOW IT WORKS
Every athlete starts with a comprehensive one-on-one assessment — not to weed anyone out, but to understand exactly how they move, where they're strong, and where they're vulnerable. From there, we design a program specific to them and place them in a small group training environment where coaching quality never gets lost in the crowd.

Youth sports injuries are at an all-time high — largely because athletes are specializing earlier and training harder without building the foundation to support it. We flip that script.
