It's unanimous...Marina is the bomb! This mom of two is a skilled dancer who went to college for modern dance and she's also a competitive motocross racer. Marina runs our morning classes and is not only an amazing and knowledgeable trainer, but she also moves like a dream. She's built a strong personal training clientele and loves working with older women, many of whom she has helped transform and "turn back the clock." Additionally, she is a nutrition coach, leading our members one-on-one to improve their diets as well managing our "Eat for Life" program.
To Marina, fitness is so much more than being physically fit – it’s also about being emotionally and mentally healthy. She believes that going to the gym can be a bright spot when life gets tough and that working out not only builds muscular strength, but mental strength as well. Marina's focus is not just on changing appearances, but also the outlook on living a healthy lifestyle, and working from the inside out. She absolutely loves having a chance to make a positive change in people, helping them live their happiest, healthiest life.
