Beach Workout - June 8
Because the gym will be getting prepped for the Vero Beach Film & Wine Festival's Studio 54 party, we thought, "Why don't we take it outside." So, on Saturday, June 8 we will have a beach workout! Join us at 8 AM at South Beach on the sand. No regular classes that day, so join in the fun!
