Memorial Day Murph

Once again, in honor of fallen soldiers, we will perform "Murph" on Monday, May 29 at 8 AM.

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats

You may do the workout as an individual or with a partner. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
