Two Days Until 19.1 is Released!
In two short days, we will know the first workout of the CrossFit Open! It will be announced on Thursday night at 8 PM Eastern on the Games website.

There is still time to register if you'd like to participate. Each Saturday, from February 23 to March 23, the official Open workout will be our gym's workout of the day, so even if you aren't on the global leaderboard, you will still have a chance to experience these workouts. Registered athletes will perform them with a judge.

If you are registered and can't make it on Saturdays, you will be given the opportunity to do the Open workouts on Friday nights at the 5:30 PM class. We have a few people who get off work at 6 PM and are heading to the gym at that time, so we will run a few heats and get everyone judged.
