Saturday is our partner beach workout (see what we will be doing below)! Meet in the sand at South Beach at 8 AM. No other classes that day.

Saturday night, 8 -11 PM, is the Vero Wine & Film Festival's Studio 54 party. Our gym will be transformed into a 70s nightclub! Score tickets HERE
