As we start this new year...new decade, actually, I'd like to challenge all of you to think about why you are training. There are no wrong answers, but identifying you're "why" may help you stay on track.
It may be to get leaner, to be stronger, to complete a race, to achieve better health, to live with less pain, to play a sport, to be healthier than others your age, to be able to keep up with your grandkids...the list goes on.
We all have a reason. If you're not sure of yours, I encourage you to take a few minutes alone and reflect on your " why." What do you want out of our gym?
After you figure it out, please share it with us. We'd love to hear and it will help us keep you motivated, know when to push you, what advice to give, etc.
So...what is it?
