In any training session, there’s a question our coaches love to hear: “Hey! Can you look at me?”

With up to 24 people in a group session, we’re looking everywhere — but we’re also human. We can’t be in all places at once. Coaching works best when you partner with us by speaking up.

Your coaches see a lot, but not everything. We’re watching form, movement patterns, tempo, and the overall flow of the room. But we still rely on you for the internal data:

  • Are you unsure about the details of an exercise or mobility movement?
  • Does something hurt? During the workout or afterward, pain is information we need.
  • Can’t get into the right position? That’s not a failure — it’s a cue for us to adjust the movement so you still get the intended stimulus.
  • Dealing with an injury? We modify all the time. We want you here, even when you need something different.
  • Just not feeling it today? Everyone has days when energy is low or stress is high. Let us know so we can adjust your load, reps, or pace.

When you speak up, you help us meet you exactly where you are, which is the whole point of good coaching.

Great training isn’t passive. It requires your engagement as much as our expertise. All great relationships require communication.

So if something feels off…
If you’re working through an injury…
If you’re not sure whether your form is right…
Or if you simply want eyes on you…

Speak up!

We’re right here — and we want to help.
